Vacant Staging Process
We handle everything from start to finish! Vacant homes do not show well since only 10% of homebuyers can visualize the potential of a home. Furnishing and staging the home will add thousands of dollars to the home’s value!
Staged 2 Perfection goes above and beyond during the staging process to not only furnish and accessorize house, but to add the emotional connections that are needed to make all home buyer’s picture the house as their home! Here’s how we work:
Phase 1
Up to 4 hour “Home Staging Consultation” where we review the home, diagram and measure rooms, map out furniture and plan accessories for maximum impact (You won’t believe how great it will look!)
Phase 2
We coordinate with our furniture rental partners to select the perfect pieces to showcase your home.
Phase 3
We spend at least a day at the home to insure smooth furniture delivery as well as adding needed additional accessories and home furnishings from Staged 2 Perfection’s inventory. These furnishings include: Bed linens, wall coverings, window coverings, plants, trees, “emotional connection” items, knick knacks, table decor, pillows, light furniture, etc.)
Phase 4
If there be an open house after the staging, I will personally attend to the preparation and touch ups an hour before the open house starts. Making sure the home is clean and ready and extra special touches will be put into place, as in a fresh bouquet of flowers, lit scented candles, fresh-baked cookies, etc.
Phase 5
We spend an additional day “de-staging” all of our furnishings as well as insuring smooth pickup of rental furniture
