Staged 2 Perfection

I contacted Amy at Staged 2 Perfection to help us in selling our house. It had previously been on the market for 2 months, with NO offers and hardly any traffic. Amy came in completely transformed our home into a comfortable, spacious and inviting space. She also updated our bathroom for us by changing the faucet, turning a plain bath into a shower, tiling the floor and painting the cabinets and trim for a more updated look. The bathroom, for minimal costs, was completely transformed!!!! Staged 2 Perfection was essential for our home sale! Without Amy and her services, we might have never sold our house or at least took a huge hit on the price. After the staging was complete, we held an open house with a ton of traffic and eventually sold the house in two weeks for only $1800 less than the asking price. Might I also add that we upped the asking price by $900 after the staging was complete.

Amy was completely professional and really knew what the house needed for a quick sale! She was attentive and receptive to our needs and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Staged 2 Perfection to anyone that is selling their home! I am now a firm believer in staging and believe that is absolutely necessary for a super fast sale for the most money. Thank you SO much Staged 2 Perfection!
