- If any of the staging or redesign packages are purchased, you may purchase these guides and manuals at a discount.
- I will give you an additional 10-page Staged 2 Perfection Home Staging Action Plan so that you may complete the staging transformation yourself.
- In addition, you will be emailed Staged 2 Perfection’s DIY Guide for tasks that will add the highest value possible to your home.
Shopping Services
- Together we will create a budget for recommended accessories that will add to the enhancement and buyer’s appeal of your home.
- Staged 2 Perfection knows where to shop and has access to “designer discounts” on items that I purchase.
- You can choose to come with me to share the shopping experience and have more input on accessory purchases or you can leave the stress behind and I will do all the work for you.
Complete To-Scale Floor Plan
- I will gather complete measurements of your home and create a floor plan that will be to-scale that will be available to you as hand-outs during your open-house, to add to your fliers, and also in jpeg format to add to your web listing.
Painting, Packing and Wallpaper Removal Services
- I will provide simple painting services for wall, trim and furniture.
- I will provide simple packing services for normal household items and transportation.
- I also provide simple wallpaper removal services.
- Projects that require a special expertise or an extended amount of time will be advised to be contracted out.
