Staged 2 Perfection will meet with your client in their home and we strongly encourage the real estate agent to be present, however it is not required. We will spend about 2 hours walking through the property and discussing the expectation and goals of the home staging process. We will end the consultation with a proposal for future staging packages to complete the staging plan. Within 24 hours, the client and the Realtor will receive a professionally prepared “Top Ten Priority Report” which will list in detail the ten most crucial changes to make to their home.

Silver Partnership

• Consultation, a Half-Day Staging and Marketing Photos

Here I will make remarkable transformations to the listing! This package is the most popular among real estate agents because you get the most out of your dollar. This service works well for houses that are under 2000 square feet or just need a little extra attention. I will work with the home owner and their home’s own resources to create a space that is just what that home buyer is wanting. I will also bring in my own additional accessories so we can take beautiful photos of the new and transformed rooms for your marketing  and to give the home owner a visual shopping list to complete the staging look.

Gold Partnership

• Consultation, Half-Day Staging, Photos and a 10-Page Completed Action Plan

Again, I will spend a half day transforming the home. After that is complete, I will then spend another couple of hours going through the rest of the home with the home owner while filling out the Staged 2 Perfection 10-Page Action Plan so they can complete the work themselves.  The service will take the pressure off of you, the real estate agent, and gives the home owner detailed instruction to complete the stage successfully to get the best price and fastest sale out of the home.

• Two Full Days Staging, Photos and the Completed Action Plan
