Because it is still a buyer’s market, this is why professional staging is SO VITAL! You have to have the upper-hand in the market. A unique and one-of-a-kind floor plan that was targeted to a very specific market! Typical home builders won’t do that because they limit their prospective buyers. This was targeted to young professionals, possibly a single mom or dad or a parent with their kids every-other-weekend. It has a very open floor plan that may have had potential buyers stumped as to how to set up their furniture and what spaces were for what rooms. That is where I can in. I staged it, defining each space of the home and gave it a livable, inviting and cozy atmosphere needed to sell this home quickly. It sold in 19 DAYS!!!!
